### Tracking for domains added in the dashboard

Add a sending domain from the dashboard and get the same per-domain configuration set and event tracking that the CLI sets up.

- Add a domain on the Sending Domains page to create its `wraps-email-*` configuration set, with an EventBridge destination, and attach it to the new identity. This matches `wraps email domains add`, so opens, clicks, bounces and deliveries are tracked from the first send
- Open a domain that was added without one and click Attach Wraps tracking to set it up. A domain already on a configuration set of your own is left as it is
- Run `wraps platform update-role` on CLI v3.16.0, or update your CloudFormation stack, to grant the console role the new permissions. Until you do, adding a domain still works, without tracking, and the form says so
- The role can only create configuration sets whose names start with `wraps-email-`

Also fixed (1)

- The domain field on the Sending Domains page no longer shows an Enter a domain error after a successful add.
